PREPPED! leads the culinary side: product development, culinary experimentation, hospitality operations guidance, market testing, and access to production opportunities as they are arranged. Parallax brings the technology, software and company-building support. Louisville-rooted, open to ambitious food people wherever they cook.

Put it in front of real people before you spend real money: tasting rounds, small pilot batches and public demand signals through Savor Social, where food ideas earn their way forward on votes and intent.

Produce

Production plan · sourcing · food safety

Plan for commercial production: sourcing, batch sizes, food safety and labeling, and compliant kitchen access where available. Facilities and production slots are arranged case by case and depend on availability and regulatory requirements.

Launch

Brand · ecommerce · delivery · operations

Get it to market with a brand that fits, an ecommerce and ordering path, delivery and fulfillment options, and operational support through PREPPED! and Tarragon as appropriate for the business.

Signing up does not guarantee acceptance, kitchen space, production capacity, funding, or any particular service, and the incubator does not currently operate a licensed commissary of its own. This is a private Louisville initiative with no city or government affiliation.
